What kind of warranty do your products have?

Laptop Experience provides a 30 day limited warranty on all products we sell, unless otherwise noted on original description of the product. This warranty includes any hardware defects and EXCLUDES any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair done by an individual or another computer repair store. In addition we do not test laptop batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty unless otherwise noted on original description of the product. The warranty date will start from the time your package has been delivered to you.

Do you offer refunds for Internet sales?

We will offer refunds only within the first 7 days of receiving your product. Under no circumstances will the original shipping charges be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will apply for the total purchase amount. Buyer is responsible for return shipping back to our address.

What do I do if I have problems with my product?

We do our best to ensure each and every product we sell is free of problems or issues. If you were to have any questions or concerns we are here to help. For any warranty issues we require you to call us at 813-253-3334 Monday - Friday 10AM-4PM Eastern Standard Time for assistance. If you do not reach us by phone, please send us an email to service@laptopexperience.com. If we decide the best option is to replace or fix your product we will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number which is required on any return. This number should also be visible within the returned package along with a note including your name, address, and phone number. All return products must have an "RMA" number and should be shipped to:

Do you offer extended warranties?

Yes we offer extended warranties. Our 6 month extended warranty is $99 and our 1 year warranty is $149. If we cannot repair your laptop within the warranty period we will replace your item with equal specifications.
